You can transfer an account created on the PC version to a mobile device (but not vice versa).
To do this, please provide us with the ID of your account on the PC version, the ID of your account on the mobile device, and make sure the mobile account is linked to Google (if you’re on Android) or Apple/Game Center (if you’re on iOS).
