To restore the progress, please follow the next steps:
1. Launch the game
2. Go to the game settings
3. Log in to your Facebook, A Sign in with Apple, or Game Center account, that was linked to your original game account
4. Tap on the account to restore it
In case it didn't help, please provide us with the following information so we could be sure you are the account owner:
1. Your nickname/ID;
2. The date of account creation;
3. The date of the last enter to the account;
4. Screenshots or IDs of purchase receipts;
5. Your clan name;
6. Nicknames of your friends in your friendlist
