To restore the progress, please follow the next steps:
1. Launch the game
2. Go to the game settings
3. Log in to your Facebook account or Google Play Games account, which were linked to your original game account
4. Tap on the account you want to restore.
In case it didn't help, please contact our support tean and provide the following information so we could be sure you are the account owner:
1. Your nickname/ID;
2. The date of account creation;
3. The date of the last enter to the account;
4. Screenshots or IDs of purchase receipts.
5. Your clan name;
6. Nicknames of your friends in your friendlist
