1. Go to Settings.
2. Click "Wi-Fi" or "Data" (depending on the type of connection).
3. Turn off Wi-Fi or data.
4. Wait a few seconds.
5. Turn Wi-Fi or data back on or try switching between these two types of connection.
Also, try closing the game and restarting it. Sometimes this helps restore functionality if the game cannot load ads.
If you have "Do not disturb" or "Power saving" modes enabled, this may affect the display of ads.
Check your plan settings: Sometimes your operator may offer an option to filter content or block ads at the device level. If there is such a function, it can be disabled through your personal account or in the phone settings.
Some ad blockers work through DNS (Domain Name System) settings. If you are using a non-standard DNS server, it may filter ads.
Also go to "Settings" → "Wi-Fi" → select your network.
Click on "Advanced Settings" (or on the icon (!) and check if a non-standard DNS is set.
If you see DNS addresses associated with ad blocking (for example, AdGuard DNS), disable them or use the standard DNS addresses from your provider.
Sometimes ad networks (for example, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, etc.) may experience technical problems, which leads to malfunctions in the ad display. In this case, the only solution is to wait until the problems with the ad network are resolved.
